Welcome to
The King's Christian Church
Lolo, MT  (TKCC)

Our Beliefs
We believe the Bible to be the true and powerful Word of God.  It is the written revelation of His plan and purpose.  Our final destiny will be determined by our response to the Savior it presents.  It is our source of guidance and wisdom.  The Bible reveals a Supreme, Creator God whose love for us is ultimately expressed in the sending of His Son, Jesus to this world to die for our sins.  Jesus was virgin-born and God-identified by prophecy, miraculous power, sinless living and His grave-destroying, life-promising resurrection from the dead.  He is the only one authorized to offer us forgiveness of sins and eternal life.
God’s Holy Spirit is given to indwell each Christian’s life with knowledge and power with which we serve the cause of Christ.  We believe in God’s ability to work in and through people as He is given access.  Miraculous giftedness that marked God’s people in the foundation stage of the early Church, before the written will of God was completed, are not now necessary.  The Church is God’s instrument for the salvation of people.

Our Identity

The King’s Christian Church is a growing family of people who desire to honor Christ by faithfully obeying His Word and earnestly serving His purpose.  We come from all around the 5 Valley area, from Huson to Clinton, St. Ignatius to Hamilton.  We have found real answers for our lives in a relationship with Jesus.  The truth of His Word and the fellowship of people really help us with the struggles of everyday life.We have no denominational connection.  We use Biblical guidelines to select Elders who guide us according to Scripture.  We fellowship with other congregations where Jesus is honored as the living Son of God and our only Lord and Savior.  Our historical roots are n the restoration Movement that began in the early nineteenth century.  Followers of Christ in a variety of denominations wanted to establish a basis for unity among believers.  They sought to “restore” the  Bible to its place of authority and to follow the New Testament only as their rule of faith and practice.Because of this desire, TKCC was brought into existence on February 4, 1991 in Missoula.  We have grown and now meet in the multi-purpose building constructed on our 17i acre plot just north of Lolo.  We want to be known as Christians . . . those whose lives demonstrate the love and character of Christ.
